Estou tentando instalar o Windows 8 no meu Macbook pro Late 2011 com o Superdrive quebrado e acabei vindo parar aqui. No meu caso, tenho um SSD instalado e instalei o Windows nele, na particao 4 que foi gerada automaticamente pelo Bootcamp. Segui seus passos, mas travei no 14 porque o gdisk nao da a opcao de colocar a particao 4 como bootable. Vou colocar aqui embaixo tudo que eu fiz no terminal (destaquei em vermelho algo que me chamou a atencao):
