Katherine here, thank you for contacting iTunes Store Support. I understand after you have change your country form Brazil, you cannot update the previous applications that was made on your account before. I can appreciate how eager you are to have this issue resolve. Carlos, please note that you can update the application on the account , country where it was previously purchased. Before you change the country in your account, please note the following: 1) If you have any store credit, you will need to use the credit before you can change countries in your account. 2) You will need to download all purchased content before changing countries. In addition, rented items must be past their 30 day expiration in order to change countries. For more information on rentals, please visit: iTunes Store: Movie rental frequently asked questions (FAQ) http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1657 3) You will be asked to provide a payment method, such as a credit card or debit card associated with a valid billing address in the new country. An iTunes Store Gift Card issued in the new country is also an acceptable payment method. You will not be able to change your account's country without providing one of these methods of payment. 4) Content purchased from the iTunes Store is country-specific. If you wish to upgrade any of your iTunes Store content to iTunes Plus, you'll need to do so before you change the country associated with your account. The content you purchased while your account was set to the previous country will not be eligible for upgrade once you have changed countries. 5) When you change countries, you will no longer receive application update notifications in iTunes for the apps you purchased in your original country. However, you will still receive update notifications on your iOS device for any applications installed on that device. In addition, you will be able to download previously purchased applications again for free if they are present on your new country's store. You will not be charged and the download will not appear on your Purchased page. If a previously purchased application is not available in your new country, you will not be able to download it again for free. The following steps explain how to change the country for your account: 1) First, make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes. It's available free of charge: http://www.itunes.com/download 2) Click the following link to open iTunes and access the Apple Account Information page: http://phobos.apple.com/accountSummary 3) Enter your iTunes Store account name and password, then click Account Info. 4) On the Apple Account Information page, click Change Country. 5) Enter the updated information and save your changes. I hope I was able to assist you with your concern. Please do let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Have a great day. Sincerely, Katherine iTunes Store Customer Support http://www.apple.com...port/itunes/ww/ Please Note: I work Tues.- Sat., 08:00AM-5:00PM CST Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to assist you. You may receive an AppleCare survey email; any feedback you provide would be greatly appreciated. ------------------------------------------------- Volto aqui. Vamos ver...
